4 Deposits & Withdrawals

6 Gameplay Rules

7 Prohibited Conduct

sugalph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

sugalph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• A regulatory or legal requirement to do so;
• Extended periods of account inactivity, as defined in sugalph's dormant account policy.

Upon termination of your account, any pending bonus balances will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of applicable fees where permitted by law.

You may close your account at any time by contacting sugalph's customer support team. Voluntary account closure does not exempt you from any outstanding obligations under these Terms.
